David’s Daughter Inc. is a 501c non-profit organization dedicated to providing a safe space for children/peers who have experienced the loss of a parent. Though there is grief counseling readily accessible rather by faith organizations, local schools and private entities, often times with the listening ear having no emotional connection to what a grieving child is really experiencing. This can often lead to mental, bullying and emotional shutdown.  Which in return leads to bottling up and suppressing grief.
